Pixelveil Terms of Use

Effective August 2, 2026

These terms supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement that applies when Pixelveil is obtained through the App Store. If these terms conflict with mandatory law or Apple's applicable terms, those controlling terms apply.

Acceptance

By downloading or using Pixelveil, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Permitted use

Pixelveil grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's usage rules and applicable law.

Use Pixelveil only with content you own or are authorized to process. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and the terms of any service used to store or transfer a carrier.

Passwords, originals, and carriers

You are responsible for:

• Choosing and securely retaining your passwords.

• Keeping important original files until restoration is verified.

• Preserving carrier PNG and compatibility-package contents without editing or recompression.

• Protecting your device and any storage or transfer account you use.

• Sending passwords separately when appropriate for your situation.

Pixelveil does not store a recovery key and Leiter Consulting LLC cannot recover a forgotten password. A carrier whose encoded pixels have been changed may be permanently unreadable.

Purchases

Pixelveil Pro is offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase with no subscription. Purchases, payment processing, refunds, and Apple Account rules are administered by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Features and prices shown by the App Store may vary by storefront and applicable tax.

Availability and updates

Leiter Consulting LLC may update Pixelveil to improve compatibility, security, or functionality. Operating-system changes, third-party transfer services, file modification, device failure, or unsupported inputs may affect availability or the ability to restore a particular carrier.

No absolute security guarantee

Pixelveil uses authenticated encryption and integrity checks, but no software, device, password, storage system, or communication method can guarantee absolute security or availability. You are responsible for deciding whether Pixelveil and your chosen sharing method are appropriate for your needs.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pixelveil is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leiter Consulting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of or inability to use Pixelveil, including loss of data, images, carriers, passwords, or access. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by law.

Intellectual property

Pixelveil and its original software, design, text, graphics, and branding are owned by Leiter Consulting LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership rights.

Changes

These terms may be updated for future versions of Pixelveil. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be published on this page.
